open blank canvas 800 x 800
floodfill white
c/p splatter
foreground color - #ffb006
background color - #fffbe6
make a fore/back gradient
sunburst, angle/repeats 0
preset shapes tool - ellipse
hold down the shift key while your draw out a large circle in the middle of your canvas,
Objects - align - center in canvas
convert to raster
Dodge Brush
settings : size 400, hardness 17, step 25, density 100, thickness 100, rotation 0, opacity 32
click in the middle of your circle twice
duplicate the circle
adjust - blur - gaussian blur 10
layers - arrange - move down
merge the two moon layers together
select all, float, defloat
new raster layer
floodfill with #d65a07
deselect
selection tool - circle - feather 50(ish)
draw out a large selection in the middle, but not quite to the edge
hit delete button several times until it looks how you like it
deselect
merge with the moon layer
c/p witch hat, resize 50
rotate left 21
position top left so it looks like its sitting on the moon
(you may have to move your moon down the canvas a little)
using your freehand selection tool, feather set to 1
carefully select along the brim of the hat from one side of
the moon to the other (see my screenshot)
hit delete
Deselect
dropshadow
If you want to add a bit more definition,
then use your burn brush on the moon layer under
the hat brim to make it look a bit more shadowed
c/p web, position top right
erase any parts of the web that overlap the brim of the witches hat
dropshadow
c/p bat as new layer
resize 30
eye candy 5 impact - perspective shadow
position bottom right
c/p pumpkins, position bottom right, in front of bat
c/p spider, resize 50
position so its hanging from the web
duplicate and resize 70
position duplicate hanging from the witches hat
c/p beading
position along the brim of the hat
dropshadow
c/p wordart
add your name, license and copyright information
delete white background layer
merge visible
crop and save as png
