Open blank canvas 700 x 250

floodfill with gradient, linear, angle 0 repeats 0

colors #acbd64 & #6ead93

c/p shamrock 1, change blend mode to screen, lower opacity to 80

c/p shamrock 2, change blend mode to screen, lower opacity to 64

c/p just the rainbow from your tube

position in bottom left corner of tag, blend mode screen, opacity 74
(if using a different tube you can skip this step)

c/p net, position agains the left edge, blend mode overlay

c/p large tube, position left hand side of tag so just the face is showing

blend mode overlay, opacity 62

paste tube again, resize 35, mirror, blend mode soft light, opacity 78

c/p wordart, move to the right slightly, blend mode screen

select all, float, defloat

new raster layer

dropshadow 2,2,64,7,black, lower opacity to 20

c/p tube one more time, resize 50

position just to the left of the wordart 

dropshadow 2,5,30,11,black

duplicate

adjust, blur, gaussian blur 11

change blend mode to screen

new raster layer, floodfill with a dark green

select all, contract 1, delete

floodfill with white, contract 1, delete

deselect

add name, license and copyright information

merge all (flatten) 

save as jpg

'My PSP Files' - Presets folder

Open all other supplies in psp


open blank canvas 700 x 700
floodfill white

c/p bg1, 

Layers - new mask layer - from image - find the mask in the dropdown list

invert checked.

apply mask, merge group, resize 90
select all, float, defloat
c/p bg2, invert selection, delete
deselect
change blend mode to dodge, lower opacity to around 50

c/p tube, resize 30
duplicate, adjust blur, gaussian blur 13
change blend mode to multiply

on the blurred layer
effects - illumination effects - lights - use the preset I supplied

effects - illumination effects - sunburst - use the preset I supplied

c/p light1, position behind tube in the gap between her
arm and head so its like the sun is shining through

c/p light2,  on top of both tube layer and blurred layer
image effects, offset, H54, V130, Custom, Transparent

c/p dark grass, position in front of tube, just to the left a little
duplicate, drag down the layer palette to just above the mask layers
mirror and move up a little so its just showing over the top of
the tubes knee

make sure you are now on the top layer

c/p pot of gold, resize 30, position bottom right in front of her knee, dropshadow
duplicate, adjust, blur, gaussian blur 13, change blend mode to multiply,
lower opacity to 77

c/p rainbow, position so its coming out of the pot of gold and looks like
it disappears behind the tubes back.

c/p harp, mirror, position behind the tube on the left

add name, copyright and license information
delete white bg
merge visible
crop and save as png

c/p frame, resize 70, rotate right 5

move right slightly

move to end of cog 2

move to the top right corner of frame

position on top of cog 2 towards the end

so its hiding the last cog and a bit of the clock face

position just above the clock cog in cog 2

duplicate, mirror, position bottom left corner of frame

Now drag your frame to the top of your layer palette

click inside it with your magic wand

expand by 2

c/p paper again

invert, delete

drag below your frame layer

keep selected

c/p tube

resize to fit nicely

and hit delete

deselect

change blend mode to luminance legacy

duplicate

adjust, blur, gaussian blur 9

change blend mode to overlay (or whatever looks good to you)

Dont forget to bring that bottom left shamrock back on top of the frame

Now go  back over the layers and change the blend modes

overlays - luminance

frame, cog 1, cog 2, clock face - luminance legacy

add d/s to frame

Make mask layer active

c/p shamrock scatter, resize 30

duplicate, mirror

position one so its showing under the frame and

one a little higher

Add some wordart if you wish

add name, copyright and license information

delete white bg layer

merge visible

crop and save as png

Irish Eyes

Filters - Xero, Porcelain

open blank canvas 700 x 700

preset shapes

rounded rectangle

foreground null, background dark green

draw out a rectangle in the middle of your canvas

convert to raster

change color to a different shade of green

draw out another rectangle like your first

but make it slightly longer and not as wide

so you can still see the first one above and

below it.  convert to raster

on both rectangle layers

select all, float, defloat

expand by 5

new raster layer

floodfill with a yellow/gold color

deselect

add noise, 44, uniform, monochrome

layers, arrange, move down

d/s

change preset shape to a heart

draw out a small heart in yet another green

convert to raster

duplicate

rotate left 100

duplicate

image, mirror

now position the 3 hearts so the points are touching

each other, merge down twice

You can use your pen tool to draw a little stalk if you wish

rotate your shamrock left 15

duplicate, mirror

position one top left of top rectangle and

one bottom right

merge down

add noise, 44 uniform monochrome

select all, float, defloat, expand by 3

new raster layer

floodfill with the same yellow you used earlier

deselect

layers, arrange move down

Make top rectangle active

select all, float, defloat

c/p tube as new layer

resize to fit nicely

selections invert

hit delete on your tube

deselect

effects, xero, porcelain, default settings

change blend mode to luminance legacy

resize by 40, move to the left sightly

duplicate and hide this layer for now

I moved mine down under the hill layer

and positioned to the right slightly

rotate left by 60

using your deform tool

squash it down a bit

then hold down ctrl and hover over the top left node

and drag inwards a bit

position right just in front of harp

position so it looks like its coming

from the harp, move this layer down

to just above the white background layer

Now remember that duplicated clover we hid

unhide it 

resize by 80

image mirror and bring it up to just under

your harp layer, position so its poking out

from behind the harp

make your background layer active

apply mask

merge group

duplicate mask layer at least 4 times

(its a bit faint otherwise)

Merge all mask layers together and

using your deform tool bring the bottom of the

mask up a bit

Add your name and copyright information

delete white background layer

merge visible

crop and save as png.
