merge group
resize 70
duplicate
on the original, image - mirror
rotate left 30
move to top left
move duplicate to bottom right
merge the two mask layers together

resize 30
image - offset - H80, V15

magic wand, click inside the frame
expand by 13
new raster layer
c/p paper 7 into selection
deselect
move paper down below the frame
dropshadow the frame
merge down with paper

d/s as you go - i use

offset - H-175, V187

delete white background layer
merge visible
crop and save as png

Halloween Moon

floodfill white

c/p speckle brush

c/p moon, resize 80, move towards the top of the tag slightly
add a corona using the following settings


el 93 from the kit, resize 90, position at bottom of tag/moon

haunted house, resize 60, position on top of grass

el 109, resize 30, bottom right

el 100, resize 30, place under the pumpkins

el 67, resize 10, duplicate several times and position to your liking around the top of the  house

c/p tube as new layer
resize to fit

dropshadow all elements

add your name, license and copyright information
delete white background
merge visible
crop and save as png

apply mask

c/p window frame
resize 25
image effects - offset
H-20 V40, transparent
rotate left 5

elements 1, 10, 13, 18 & 19
resize, duplicate, position to your liking
behind the top of the window frame
dropshadow all flowers

make window frame active
magic wand, click inside the frame,
expand by 3, invert

now hit delete on each flower layer to ensure 
and bits showing inside the frame are deleted
keep selected

c/p tube as new layer
position to your liking within the frame
hit delete on the tube layer
deselect
change blend mode to screen

c/p tube again as top layer
resize to fit
position slightly to the right of the window

make a circle selection again but with a feather of 9 this time

frame 2, resize 30
position top left of mask

el 32, resize 30, position bottom of heart frame

el 25, resize 30, position top right of heart frame

el 103, resize 50, move it up just a little bit 

el 24, resize 25, position top middle of heart frame, layers, arrange,  move down x 4 

el 25, 26 & 27, resize 25, position under left edge of frame

make heart frame active
magic wand, feather 0, 
click inside the heart frame
expand 10,
 hit delete on each element that is showing inside the frame

keep selected
c/p paper of choice, invert selection
hit delete
deselect

dropshadow all elements so far

c/p tube just under frame, resize as necessary
place face in the frame and erase any that is showing outside
change blend mode to screen

hide white background layer and mask layer
merge visible all other layers
unhide layers

paste tube again, resize as necessary, mirror
layers, arrange, bring to top
position to your liking towards the right of the heart cluster

freehand selection, feather 50ish
make a selection around the bottom of your tube, hit delete a couple of times 
deselect

el 41, resize 60, flip, position along bottom edge of tube

 go back to tuberec - copy paste as new layer on top of circle on main canvas

position in center of tag

Precious Valentine - forum set

Supplies needed:

Any scrapkit or elements of choice (I used a valentine kit)

Open blank canvas 700 x 250

c/p paper of choice
resize to fit if necessary

c/p several flowers
resize to fit
duplicate, mirror, flip, rotate
each one a few times and position
across the bottom of the canvas to 
your liking
d/s each one

(I used 5 different flowers, and duplicated each one at least 3 times)

repeat with some greenery
place within the flowers to your liking

hide the paper layer
merge visible

duplicate, mirror
move the layer up around 40/60 pixels
layers - arrange - move down

add any other elements you wish

c/p tube, resize to fit
position between the two flower layers

new raster layer
flood fill with a gradient made from two colors from your tag
linear - angle 45, repeats 15
select all, contract 5
delete
deselect

effects - texture effects - blinds
width 2, opacity 60, color dark one from your tag
horizonal checked
repeat but uncheck horizontal

magic wand, click inside the frame
flood fill white, contract 2
delete
deselect

add name, license and copyright information
merge all
save as jpg

change number to 7, shift x & y to 45
dropshadow 2,4,50,9,black

repeat muras but change shift x & y to 55
rotate left 20
d/s

repeat muras

paste tube, resize as necessary
position to your liking within the frame
duplicate, layers - arrange - bring to top
now erase the bottom half of your top tube

go back to the bottom tube and erase
the bottom part that is showing under the frame
d/s the bottom tube

at this point you can add any other elements you wish

There is an extra set of numbers if you want to put the year on your tag
if not just delete the extra numbers

c/p tube position so the skirt covers the entire canvas
image - rotate - 90 clockwise
effects - penta.com - vtr2 default settings
image - rotate - 90 anticlockwise

paste tube again - resize 50 - position in the middle (ensure this layer stays on top)
paste again  - resize 30 - mirror, position along left side
paste again - resize 42 - mirror, and position back to back with first tube
paste again - resize 70 - position in the gap between 1st and 2nd tube
duplicate, mirror and drag down below 3rd tube - position in top right corner

make sure 1st tube layer is at the top of the layer palette & hide it for now
merge the other tube layers together, change blend mode to luminance legacy,
duplicate
adjust - blur - gaussian blur 7 - change blend mode to screen
lower opacity on luminance layer to 54

merge visible

select all, contract by 20

invert selection
promote selection to layer, change blend mode to multiply

draw out a circle in the middle of your canvas
objects - align - center in canvas
convert to raster

select all, float, defloat, contract by 5
new raster layer

copy forest bg - paste into selection
deselect

on original circle
adjust - add noise - 79 gaussian, monochrome

preset shapes tool - rectangle - bg color white
draw out a vertically long skinny rectangle on the
left side of the circle, just a little longer than
the circle
convert to raster
rotate left 14

select all, float, defloat, contract by 5
new raster layer

mirror forest bg - copy - paste into selection
deselect

on rectangle - add noise as before

duplicate and mirror both rectangle layers

position at bottom

c/p ivy
position down left side of left rectangle

and drag down layer palette to just above the circle forest layer

delete white bg
copy merged
paste as new layer
muras meister - copies - wallpaper rotate - change number to 5 or 6
adjust - blur - motion blur - angle 145 strength 100
repeart blur
apply mask 
merge group

add name, license and copyright information
merge visible
crop and save as png

Kiss me i'm Irish



This tutorial was written by Mizteeque on 17th March 2019 and assumes a working knowledge of psp.

Supplies Needed:

Tube of choice - I am using the gorgeous artwork of Misticheskaka which 
can be purchased from Pics For Design

Font of choice


Open blank canvas 700 x 250
floodfill with gradient, linear, angle 0 repeats 0
colors #acbd64 & #6ead93

c/p shamrock 1, change blend mode to screen, lower opacity to 80
c/p shamrock 2, change blend mode to screen, lower opacity to 64

c/p just the rainbow from your tube
position in bottom left corner of tag, blend mode screen, opacity 74
(if using a different tube you can skip this step)

c/p net, position agains the left edge, blend mode overlay

c/p large tube, position left hand side of tag so just the face is showing
blend mode overlay, opacity 62

paste tube again, resize 35, mirror, blend mode soft light, opacity 78

c/p wordart, move to the right slightly, blend mode screen
select all, float, defloat
new raster layer
dropshadow 2,2,64,7,black, lower opacity to 20

c/p tube one more time, resize 50
position just to the left of the wordart 
dropshadow 2,5,30,11,black
duplicate
adjust, blur, gaussian blur 11
change blend mode to screen

new raster layer, floodfill with a dark green
select all, contract 1, delete
floodfill with white, contract 1, delete
deselect

add name, license and copyright information
merge all (flatten) 
save as jpg
