Irish Eyes

This tutorial was written by Mizteeque on 2nd March 2018 and assumes a working knowledge of psp
Written using psp9 but other versions should work just as well
Any similarity to other works is unintentional and purely coincidental

Supplies needed: 
Tube of choice - I am using the beautiful artwork of Alicia Mujica
which can be purchased HERE
My Scrapkit - Olde Lucky
Filters - Xero, Porcelain

open blank canvas 700 x 700

preset shapes
rounded rectangle
foreground null, background dark green
draw out a rectangle in the middle of your canvas
convert to raster

change color to a different shade of green
draw out another rectangle like your first
but make it slightly longer and not as wide
so you can still see the first one above and
below it.  convert to raster

on both rectangle layers
select all, float, defloat
expand by 5
new raster layer
floodfill with a yellow/gold color
deselect
add noise, 44, uniform, monochrome
layers, arrange, move down
d/s

change preset shape to a heart
draw out a small heart in yet another green
convert to raster
duplicate
rotate left 100
duplicate
image, mirror
now position the 3 hearts so the points are touching
each other, merge down twice
You can use your pen tool to draw a little stalk if you wish

rotate your shamrock left 15
duplicate, mirror
position one top left of top rectangle and
one bottom right
merge down
add noise, 44 uniform monochrome
select all, float, defloat, expand by 3
new raster layer
floodfill with the same yellow you used earlier
deselect
layers, arrange move down
d/s

Make top rectangle active
select all, float, defloat
c/p tube as new layer
resize to fit nicely
selections invert
hit delete on your tube
deselect

effects, xero, porcelain, default settings
change blend mode to luminance legacy
duplicate
gaussian blur 9
change blend mode to screen

c/p element 74, resize 30
position to the right 
(mine looks like its coming from the tubes eye)

c/p element 1, resize 40, place behind
top left shamrock
d/s

Make bottom rectangle active
Text tool
Great Victorian Standard, size 28, color yellow
type out "IRISH EYES ARE SMILING" along the bottom
convert to raster
d/s

add name, copyright and license information
merge visible
crop and save as png

Shenanigans

Open blank canvas 700 x 700
floodfill white
c/p paper 6
apply mask of choice


c/p element 2
resize by 50
duplicate 3 times and mirror and flip them
to make a squareish shaped frame
merge together and dropshadow


C/p tube
resize as necessary


c/p element 12
resize by 50
position to the bottom left of tube
duplicate, mirror


c/p element 29
resize by 60
position at the bottom of your tag
dropshadow


c/p element 14
resize by 60
duplicate 1 or 2 times and position to your liking
dropshadow


c/p element  17
resize by 60
position to the left and below the wordart
dropshadow


c/p element 20
position to the right and below the wordart
dropshadow


Add name, license and copyright information 
delete white background layer
merge visible
save as png
