Frame layer active

magic wand, feather 0, mode add

select inside numbers 1, 3, 5 & 7

expand by 1

new raster layer

floodfill with a gradient made from 2 colors from your tube

linear, angle 45, repeats 2

deselect

drag below the frame layer

name this layer 1

Back to frame layer

this time select inside numbers 2, 4 & 6

expand by 1

floodfill with same gradient but change the angle to 0

deselect

drag below frame layer

name this layer dots

Effects - Penta.com - color dot

default settings but change distance to 4

back to frame layer

magic wand, same settings as before, click inside 

all the border parts 

expand by 1

new raster layer

floodfill with a very dark color that matches your tag

deselect

drag below frame layer

name this layer border

now you can delete the numbers layer

copy and paste tube as new layer

duplicate

make sure one is just above layer 1

and the other is just above the dots layer

make layer 1 active

select all, float, defloat, invert

hit delete on 1st tube layer

deselect

dropshadow tube

make dots layer active

select all, float, defloat, invert

hit delete on 2nd tube layer

deselect

change the blend mode to screen

Frame layer

select all, float, defloat,

new raster layer, 

floodfill with a light color that matches your tag

deselect

delete original frame layer

Border Layer

duplicate twice

on bottom one, select all, float, defloat

effects - xenofex2 - constellation

star size 2

star variation 3

edge density 1

overall density 1

overdrive 100

twinkle 100

rotation 45

keep original image

repeat constellation on the other two border layers

ensure you hit random seed on each one

deselect

add name, copyright & license information

hide top 2 border layers

copy merged

Open Animation Shop (AS)

paste as new animation

back to psp

close bottom border layer

open middle border layer

copy merged

back in AS

paste after current frame

repeat for 3rd border layer

save as gif

floodfill white

copy and paste moonlight image as new layer

apply mask

merge group

copy and paste tube as new layer

mirror & position to the right of the mask layer

change blend mode to screen

freehand selection tool, feather 25-30

starting at the top middle of the mask layer

select around the right edge of the mask layer

and around to the middle bottom, then back around

the right edge of the canvas.

Hit delete 2 or 3 times on the tube layer

deselect

custom selection

left 130, top 157, right 160, bottom 560

new raster layer

floodfill with a color of choice from your tag

deselect

effects, texture effects, blinds

width 2, opacity 35, color a darker shade of the

color of the rectangle, horizontal & light from

both checked.

Change blend mode to multiply

copy and paste Dream wordart as new layer

postion bottom left of tag

change blend mode to overlay

add name, copyright and license information

delete white background layer

merge visible

crop and save as png

two colors from your tube, linear, angle 90, repeats 6

I used the blue from the butterfly and the pink from the rose in her hair

copy and paste gold diamonds

resize by 70

image effects - image offset - horizontal 350, vertical 10, transparent

duplicate

mirror

merge down

selection tool, custom selection

top 0, left 250, right 450, bottom 450

selections, modify, feather by 60

hit delete 3 or 4 times

deselect

pen tool, lines & polygons

line style - dot

line width - 2

draw a straight line from top to bottom

through the 2nd intersection of diamonds on the left

(as per below screenshot)

convert to raster

duplicate

mirror

merge down

copy and paste tube as new layer

duplicate three times (total of 4)

rename them 1,2,3,4 from bottom to top

copy and paste gold rectangles as new layer

magic wand, feather 0, mode add 

click inside the middle rectangle

invert selection

on tube layer 3, delete

invert, deselect

magic wand, 

click outside all the rectangles, inside the outer rectangle, and inside the middle rectangle

on tube layer 2, delete

deselect

tube layer 1 - blend mode - multiply

tube layer 2 - blend mode - normal

tube layer 3 - blend mode - luminance legacy

tube layer 4 hide for now

tube layer 2, apply penta.com, vtr2 default settings

merge visible

(you should now have 2 layers, a merged layer and the hidden tube layer 4)

copy merged

paste as new layer

crop this image down to the gold rectangles

copy and paste onto original canvas, resize by 30

image effects, image offset

H -270, V 0, transparent & custom checked

unhide tube layer 4

mirror, change blend mode to screen, lower opacity to 30

position tube along left edge

merge all

new raster layer

floodfill with gold texture

select all, contract by 2
