This tutorial was written by Mizteeque on 20th February 2018 and assumes a working knowledge of psp

Written using psp9 but other versions should work just as well

Tube of choice - I am using the beautiful artwork of Fiodorva Maria

which can be purchased from Pics for Design

Font of choice

Open blank canvas 700 x 700 

floodfill white

Open supplies 

c/p paper 

apply mask

merge group

duplicate

mirror and flip

merge down

c/p overlay, 

duplicate, 

rotate left 90, flip

On original overlay

image effects, Offset, H -110, V -20

on the duplicate overlay

Offset H -40, V 91

c/p frame, resize 70, rotate right 5

Offset, H -60, V -3

c/p cog 2, resize 70 twice

move right slightly

d/s 2,5,50,8,black

c/p clock face, resize 20

move to end of cog 2

d/s

layers, arrange, move down

c/p cog 1, resize 70 twice

move to the top right corner of frame

d/s

c/p shamrock 1, resize 40

position on top of cog 2 towards the end

so its hiding the last cog and a bit of the clock face

d/s

c/p shamrock 2, resize 20

position just above the clock cog in cog 2

duplicate, mirror, position bottom left corner of frame

d/s both

Now drag your frame to the top of your layer palette

click inside it with your magic wand

expand by 2

c/p paper again

invert, delete

drag below your frame layer

keep selected

c/p tube

resize to fit nicely

and hit delete

deselect

change blend mode to luminance legacy

duplicate

adjust, blur, gaussian blur 9

change blend mode to overlay (or whatever looks good to you)

Dont forget to bring that bottom left shamrock back on top of the frame

Now go  back over the layers and change the blend modes

overlays - luminance

frame, cog 1, cog 2, clock face - luminance legacy

add d/s to frame

Make mask layer active

c/p shamrock scatter, resize 30

duplicate, mirror

position one so its showing under the frame and

one a little higher

Add some wordart if you wish

add name, copyright and license information

delete white bg layer

merge visible

crop and save as png
