Tube of choice - I am using the beautiful artwork of Misticheskaya
which can be purchased from Pics For Design
Scrapkit - Lady Luck from Vaybs
Masks 231 & 234 from my blog HERE
Font of choice

Open blank canvas 700 x 700
floodfill white
c/p paper 7
apply mask 234
merge group
move up the canvas slightly
duplicate
image, flip
c/p paper 10
apply mask 231
merge group
c/p elements 44 & 45
resize both 50
position one either side of the 'stalk' on
the 2nd mask layer
c/p element 20
resize 40
position in the middle of the 2 grass layers
c/p element 7
resize 20
dupliate twice
position in a line along the bottom of the previous elements
c/p element 64
resize 30
position bottom right
drag down a layer or two so its under the shamrocks
c/p element 59
resize 30
position behind hat
c/p tube
resize to fit nicely
position inbetween the two grass layers
If using the same tube as me
I copied just the clover and pasted
and rotated several times behind the tube
If not using the same tube then
c/p element 42
resize 30 and duplicate several times
position behind your tube to your liking
c/p element 50
resize 30
position bottom left in front of tube
c/p element 29
resize 20
duplicate, and rotate slightly
so one stone is 'leaning' on the other
in front of the cauldron
dropshadow all elements and tube
2,5,50,8,black
reposition any elements to your liking
c/p paste element 35
resize 60
add a nice green gradient glow
position along bottom of tag
add name, copyright and license information
delete white background layer
merge visible
save as png
I also made a matching avatar and small banner to go with mine
