Supplies needed:

Tube of choice - I am using the beautiful artwork of Maxine Gadd
which I purchased from CDO but she appears to no longer be selling there
Template HERE
Font of choice

This tutorial was written by Mizteeque on 16th May 2017  and assumes a working knowledge of psp
Written using psp9 but other versions should work just as well
Any similarity to other works is unintentional and purely coincidental

Open Fabulous Mystery Template

Circle layer
select all, float, defloat
copy and paste paper 11
invert, delete, deselect

Lt Grey rec layer
select all, float, defloat
copy and paste paper 12
invert, delete, 
copy and paste paper 13
delete, deselect
drag the green layer below the circle

effects, image effects, offset
horizontal -55, vertical 25
transparent checked
rotate right 12

grey rec
select all, float, defloat
copy and paste paper 3
invert, delete, 
copy and paste tube, resize as necessary
delete, deselect
change blend mode to multiply (or whatever looks good to you)
Merge down with green paper layer

arrow
image, mirror
select all, float, defloat
copy and paste paper 11
invert, delete, deselect

Using your deform tool, arrange the 
FABULOUS letters along the right hand side
following the curve of the circle
once you have them to your liking
merge them all together
select all, float, defloat
copy and paste paper 12
invert, delete, deselect

add a white gradient glow to your FABULOUS
width 3
dropshadow 

dotted line
select all, float, defloat
new raster layer
floodfill with a color from your tag
deselect
add same white gradient glow as before
dropshadow

add same gradient glow to all other 
template layers
dropshadow

delete all original template layers

copy and paste element 36
resize by 70
position under the tube layer so its showing 
at the bottom of the tag
duplicate, mirror and flip

add some other elements if you wish

add name, license and copyright information
delete white bg layer
merge visible
save as png
