This tutorial was written by Mizteeque on 2nd May 2019 and assumes a working knowledge of psp.

Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice - I am using the stunning artwork of Misticheskaya which
can be purchased from Pics For Design
Scrapkit - Berry Kissed by Pink Paradox Productions
Mask - 0060 & 0062 from Viviennes Paintbox
Font of choice

Open blank canvas 700 x 700
floodfill white
c/p paper 24
apply mask 0062
merge group
resize 85
paste paper again
apply mask 0060
merge group
resize 85
mirror
move the first mask layer up and left a little
move the 2nd mask layer down and right a little
merge the 2 mask layers together
Frame 8 - resize 50 - move up and left a little
c/p tube, drag under frame, erase any that is showing outside the frame
change blend mode to luminance legacy
duplicate, adjust blur, gaussian blur 13, change blend mode to multiply
el 64 - resize 30 - position to the right of the frame but overlapping it a little
el 5 - resize 20 - mirror - position on top right of clock
el 44 - resize 30 - position bottom right of clock
paste tube again as top layer
resize to fit nicely to the right of your frame but not completely covering the elements
el 82, 83 & 84 - resize all 20 - position around the feet of the tube
el 9 - resize 30 - position in front of the flowers
el 110 - resize 30 - rotate right 90 - position along bottom of tag so the stem touches the bottom right corner of the cage
el 102 - resize 40 - position on top of tree
el 41 - resize 20 - position to right of cage, in front of stem
el 54 - resize 20 - position just in front of bottles
el 36 - resize 25 - position to right of bottles
el 30 - resize 20 - position in front of bottles and mannequin
el 46 - resize 10 - position in front of books
I also duplicated a couple of the flowers and the butterfly and positioned to my liking around my tag
add name, license and copyright information
delete white background layer
merge visible
crop and save as png
